Panini Recipe #1: Chicken with Pear and Spring Onions
Roast chicken
Provolone cheese slices
Pear, sliced
Spring onions, julienned
Mayonnaise
Panini Bread
Sear the spring onions on the Panini grill and set aside. Switch grill to Panini setting. Spread mayonnaise both sides of the Panini bread. Layer roast chicken, pear slices, spring onion and provolone cheese. Grill until cheese is melted and pear is warm.

Roast chicken
Artichoke hearts
Balsamic reduction

Honestly, if there’s one thing I Loooooooovvvve, it’s paninis! Glad there are 2 vegetarian options and all of them sound mouth-watering!
The chicken with artichokes and brie sounds divine – must try it for lunch tomorrow! I don’t have a panini press but my George Foreman grill does the job!
