Fresh Pomegranate Salsa
Ingredients:
3 medium on the vine tomatoes, diced
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 lime, juiced
salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: To add some heat, finely dice 1 jalapeno, finely diced
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips.
