It’s time to increase your calorie burn. Use this series of cardio exercises in between your strength sets, or simply use it in addition to your regular cardio routine. Not only will you feel your heart rate elevate quickly, but you will also get some toning accomplished in your lower body and core.
In the video, I recommend doing each exercise 10 times — however you can also use “time” as a meter and do each exercise for 20-30 seconds. Repeat the series at least 3 times through each time you use it as part of your interval workout!
