More of my favorite body parts to work and moves are the center of this Move of the Week.
I LOVE to work upper back because it helps develop a strong posture when you walk around and when you are sitting at a desk. Combine this with outer thigh exercises to create a lean lower body, and you will soon be a lover of these body parts as well!!
I’ll be using an elastic handled tubing and combining upper back with outer thigh, while elevating your heart rate and sculpting your core with stability moves.
Gear up to sweat and feel sore the next day!
