“Humph – I invented *that* 17 years ago – coulda made a million dollars…” or something of the like from Crazy Uncle Harry (or insert name of miscellaneous wingnut relative here).
Coulda, woulda, shoulda…
The distance between idea and implementation appears to be small, but in business, they are light years apart. The value isn’t in the idea, but the implementation. The doing – from A (idea) to B (actualization).
The infamous million-dollar idea: I’ll give you a buck for it!
And you’d be well-advised to take it if you don’t have the will and ability to get it done! Brilliant ideas are a dime a dozen, and worth even less sitting on your office shelf.
Closing the gap
One of my favorite quotes is “it took me 10 years to become an overnight success!” Behind every great success story, there’s a journey of a thousand miles – or a thousand steps that got them there.
That journey takes momentum.
What is momentum?
Remember your high school physics? Momentum is the impetus of a body resulting from its motion. Here’s the interesting bit: it remains constant, unless acted on by an outside force. In other words: once something starts moving, it will keep moving (that’s momentum) until something else stops it.
Momentum is what you do every day, every week, every month, the step after step after step that moves you closer to reaching your goal. It’s the doing behind the big idea, the years of toil behind the instant success.
Are you ready to take that first step?
With New Year’s Resolutions long forgotten and Spring Cleaning just around the corner, it’s time to take the 30-Day Momentum Challenge and build UNSTOPPABLE momentum!
For the entire month of March, MOMeo Magazine will be featuring experts, authors, and entrepreneurs daily posts on the theme of building momentum.
Don’t miss out on this invaluable – and yet somehow completely FREE – advice. Sign up with MOMeo Community today and check back every weekday in March for NEW columns from experts every day!

I'm interested. It sounds exciting. But I'm confused by what you mean by sign up. Do you mean subscribe to the RSS feed? Is there a newsletter form I'm not seeing? I came in from Twitter so I'm not familiar with your use of language in this community….
I'm going to subscribe to the feed, because that makes most sense, but if I'm confused and web savvy, then I expect you're losing some interested people with the linkless and instructionless call to action.
