Focusing on my favorite body parts to work, I put together my favorite exercises to tone and sculpt these areas.
This week, I’ve used kickboxing, lunges and push-ups to create a heart pumping sequence you will use again and again. Because you move from one exercise to the next without taking a break, you will work up a sweat while burning calories and really working your major muscle groups!
